Hey there! At HappyFrames, we're all about creating a fun and seamless experience for you, from the moment you book to the day you receive your gorgeous photos. We’ve designed our refund policy to be as clear, simple, and fair as possible.

OUR GENERAL POLICY

All Bookings are Non-Refundable

When you book a session with us, you're not just buying a product; you're reserving a specific time slot, our talented team, and our entire studio space just for you.

Because we dedicate and hold this time exclusively for your session, we aren’t able to offer it to other clients. For this reason, all bookings made at HappyFrames are non-refundable. This includes cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals.

OUR RESCHEDULING POLICY

Life Happens

We totally get that plans can change! While we don't offer refunds, we are more than happy to help you reschedule your session.

Just give us a friendly heads-up at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We'll work with you to find a new date and time that fits your schedule, subject to availability.

ON OUR END

When Things Go Wrong

In the very rare and unlikely event that we have to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (like a power outage, studio emergency, or staff illness), we promise to make it right. You will have two options:

Reschedule your session for a new date that works for you (and we’ll throw in a little something extra for the trouble!).

Receive a full 100% refund to your original payment method.

LOVE AT FIRST SHOT

Happiness with Your Photos

Our photographers and editors work their magic to create beautiful images in our signature HappyFrames style, which you can see throughout our website and social media. Because photography is a creative and artistic process, we are unable to offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with artistic choices like posing, expressions, or our editing style.

However, if you notice any technical issues with your photos, please let us know immediately so we can fix it for you!
