Hey there! Welcome to the HappyFrames family. To make sure our time together is smooth, fun, and totally awesome, we’ve put together this simple rundown of how things work. By booking a session with us, you agree to these happy terms!

Booking Your Session

To lock in your preferred date and time, we ask for full payment upon booking through our website. Once that’s sorted, your spot is 100% confirmed, and we’ll start prepping the party for you! All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We get that life can be unpredictable! If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your session, and we'll do our best to find a new spot for you. Because we reserve the studio and our team just for you, all bookings are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows.

Your Time to Shine

Let's make the most of our time together! Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you're running late, it might cut into your shoot time, as we often have back-to-back bookings. We’d hate for you to miss out on any of the fun, so punctuality is key!

You’ll receive your beautiful, high-resolution photos to print, post on your social media, and share with family and friends to your heart's content!

FOR US (Spreading the Love!)

We are incredibly proud of the work we do and the amazing clients we get to meet. From time to time, we may select our favourite photos from a session to feature on our social media (like Instagram), website portfolio, or other marketing materials. It’s our way of spreading the love and showing the world the beautiful moments we capture!

If you have any concerns or would prefer to keep your photos private, please let us know in writing before your session. We completely respect your privacy and are happy to accommodate.

Your Beautiful Photos
(Delivery & Edits)

We’re just as excited as you are to see the final photos! Delivery times vary depending on the package you've chosen, so please check your specific package details for the turnaround time. All photos delivered to you will be professionally edited in our signature HappyFrames style.

Studio Vibes & Safety

Our studio is a happy place built on good vibes and respect! We ask that you treat our space, equipment, and team with kindness. Your safety is our top priority, so please follow any instructions from our staff to ensure a fun and accident-free shoot for everyone.
